Returns Rite

Each piece is dyed dark and sent out heavy. If a garment doesn't sit right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions, no theatre.

01. Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. EU customers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.

02. Eligible items

  • Garments unworn, unwashed, in their original condition.
  • Returned with original packaging and inserts.
  • All tags still attached.

03. Non-returnable items

  • Made-to-order or custom-printed pieces produced specifically for you.
  • Items marked "final rite" or "archive" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

04. How to start a return

  1. Reach out via our contact channel with your order number and the piece(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Within 2 business days we'll send a prepaid return label (EU) or instructions (international).
  3. Pack the garment in its original packaging and drop it at your nearest carrier point.

05. Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

06. Return shipping costs

  • EU returns: free, with our prepaid label.
  • UK, US, and rest of world: customer pays return shipping.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping anywhere in the world.

07. Exchanges

Drops are finite. The fastest way to exchange a size or piece is to return the original for a refund and place a new order while stock remains.

08. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a garment is faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the piece at no cost to you.

09. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by reaching out via our contact channel. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
